Val’s halla Records (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Val’s halla Records mobile application (the “App”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email address, and phone number when you create an account
• Profile information — display name and optional avatar photo
• Purchase history — in-store purchases made at Val’s halla Records via Square POS, used to award loyalty points
• App activity — responses to daily trivia, polls, and puzzles; streak data; points balance
• Payment information — Record Club subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers.
• Shipping address — if you opt into Record Club shipping, we store your shipping address to fulfill your subscription
• Push notification token — to send you notifications about proposals, events, and offers. You can disable these in your device settings at any time.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate the halla Points loyalty program and track your points balance and tier
• To fulfill your Record Club subscription, including curating picks and coordinating delivery
• To send you daily games, staff picks, and event information through the app
• To send push notifications (only if you have granted permission)
• To improve the app and personalize your experience

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers as necessary to operate the app:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — subscription payment processing
• Square — in-store point-of-sale and purchase tracking
• Expo / Firebase — push notification delivery
